A team blog dedicated to looking at versatility within the generation Y age range of 18-28. Looking at diversity, interviews, opinions, photography, street style, music, culture, illustration, etc.

Layout Process

These are a few screenshots of the process I went through before deciding on my final layout for my double page spreads. Above are screenshots from my article about Malaysia. I played a lot around with the position of the images as well as the colour of the title. Below are screenshots from my second double page spread on diversity. This one change quite a lot, including the colour, positioning of title and the positioning of the quote. It was mainly to with the photograph. I didn’t have as many people in the photograph as I wanted so it didn’t look right stretched over a double page spread, instead I mirrored the image.
